Kalidawir Village Infrastructure Development Planning, District Resolve Sidoarjo Regency : Perencanaan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Desa Kalidawir Kecamatan Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo
The planning of rural infrastructure development is a process that involves the village government, active participation of the community, and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) to achieve optimal rural development goals. Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 114 of 2014 serves as the guideline for these efforts, with a focus on improving the welfare of rural communities. This research is centered on Kalidawir Village, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo Regency. Observations have revealed a mismatch between development plans and their designs, primarily due to the limited involvement of the community in overseeing rural development planning. To gain deeper insights, this study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research findings indicate that the preparation of the Medium-Term Village Development Plan (RPJM Desa) has proceeded smoothly, but the lack of community participation has resulted in their ideas and aspirations not being fully reflected in the RPJM Desa document.
