VILNIAUS DAILĖS AKADEMIJOS PASTATŲ IR TERITORIJOS ISTORINĖ RAIDA IR NAUJŲJŲ RŪMŲ TVARIOJI PLĖTRA / ; VILNIUS ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS BUILDINGS AND TERRITORY HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT AND NEW DEPARTMENT RENOVATION BY SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE.
This project is focused on - a new architecture of Vilnius Academy of Arts, the New House of the urban environment and sustainable development as well as the existence of opportunities for expansion. Their historical value formation , renewal and sustainable architecture in the ways of development opportunities . Influence on the urban structure of the human quality of life. New architecture in the historic urban environment are considered small-scale interventions buildings in built up areas , including new buildings and construction of structures and their formation sites , extensions to existing buildings and construction of the superstructure , the newly formed open spaces and spaces available extensions to existing buildings, structures and open spaces in the reconstruction . The first part of the project consists of the research and social survey of the Academy staff , faculty and students - the existing architecture of the situation , while the review of development prospects , overwhelming the old architecture and retaining valuable architectural features of that time . The study examined the positive and negative features of ADT New palaces , their advantages and disadvantages examined renovated and offered solutions to problems of renovation . Carried motivated the design of the new House of conforming to the principles of sustainable analysis . The second part of the new complex marina project and the new House of renovation - the design principles of sustainable design . The project is proposed without loss of character - to achieve better features of the present day needs of modern sustainable architecture design and universal design principles. There is also a link between ADT New Palace with the concept of sustainability - it is shown that the new edifice can be sustainable and renovated the facility sustainable architectural design and universal design part .
