Factory has been designed in unbuilt teritory in district of Kaunas, Teleičių countryside, Vyturių street. Area of teritory 7169,88𝑚2. Building‘s longest length is 48,00 meter, longest width – 48,00 meter. Overall area - 2097,04 𝑚2. The building is one-storey, divided into two main areas: area of production and an area of administration-household. The final work consist of the regulations of construction and conditions of law part where the construction process has been identified in legal acts. Architectural part where the architectural decisions has been discussed. Also thermal resistance of the roof has been calculated. Structural part where the metal truss, metal column, constructed reinforced concrete shallow foundation, reinforced concrete polar foundation has been calculated. Technology, organization and economy part where the prices of two calculated foundations has been compared, more economical one was chosen and it‘s assemblign technology has been described. Safety and protection of the environment part where the process of construction work safety and environmental protection has been described. Constructions calculated in the Bachelor thesis: metal truss, metal column, reinforced concrete column. Economical comparison was made of the columns and more costeffective option has been explicitly specified.
