Das neue Wohnheim der Technischen Universität Eindhoven erhebt sich am nördlichen Rand des streng rechtwinklig organisierten Campus. Die Stahlbetonkonstruktion ist in allen Komponenten vorgefertigt und wurde in nur 14 Monaten errichtet., , Durch die gegeneinander verschobenen Zimmer-Spangen wirkt die 14-geschossige Hochhausscheibe an den Stirnseiten schmal und elegant. Die Längsfassaden folgen zunächst der repetitiven Logik gestapelter gleicher Zimmer, jedes mit einer großformatigen Festverglasung und einem geschlossenen Öffnungsflügel aus eloxiertem Aluminium. Aufgesetzte, stirnseitig geschliffene Betonbänder erzeugen ein rasterartiges Relief und ein prägnantes Schattenspiel.
The new hall of residence for the University of Technology in Eindhoven stands on the northern edge of the campus, which is defined by the small River Dommel has a strictly orthogonal layout.
