Reduktion auf das Wesentliche, Langlebigkeit und Systemdenken sollten auch den neuen Hauptsitz des Unternehmens in den britischen Midlands auszeichnen. Die 1959 in Frankfurt am Main gegründete Firma hatte ihren Standort schon 1995 nach London verlagert. Mit dem neuerlichen Umzug nach Leamington Spa verfolgt sie das Ziel, ihren Zulieferern näher zu sein., , Das 136 m lange, relativ schmale Fabrikgebäude für derzeit rund 40 Mitarbeiter steht auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Gießerei in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum. Geplant wurde es von einem interdisziplinären Team, dem neben den Architekten, den Tragwerks- und TGA-Planern auch der Yachtdesigner Martin Francis angehörte. 16 Sheddächer mit Nordfenstern bringen Tageslicht in die Fabrikhalle, während zwei Panoramafenster an den Gebäudeenden Blicke ins Freie ermöglichen. Der offene Zentralbereich der Halle ist nicht nur für die Endmontage und Versandabfertigung der Möbel, sondern auch als Kantine und Veranstaltungsort konzipiert.

A total of 16 saw-tooth north-light roofs bring daylight into the factory hall, while two panorama windows at the ends of the buildings offer views outside. The open central area of the hall is designed not only for the final assembly and dispatch of the furniture, but also as a cafeteria and events venue.
