Model of supercapacitor with laboratory verification
In this paper historical development and most important production technologies of supercapacitors are presented. Simple model of supecapacitor based on parameters obtained from manufacturer's datasheet is also realized. Purposed model is verified with charge, discharge and self-discharge tests with obtained results close to experimental.
