Comparative structural façade design according to Eurocode and old standards
Detailed analysis of wind induced loads on buildings façade is presented according to current SRPS EN 1991-1-4 and old SRPS U.C7.110 standards. After determining wind induced loads, aluminium vertical mullions of structural façade are designed according to SRPS EN 1999-1-1, for wind loads according to Eurocode, and according to ECCS-T2 for loads according to old standard. Bearing and serviceability limit capacity utilization are compared, as well as wind loads od buildings façade.
