Caso de estudio: Edificio Telefónica. Una comparación entre objetivos iniciales y características finales
The Telefónica-Telecom Building contributes to the architectural practice of responsibility with the environment; it was designed to have efficient energy consumption. The project was undertaken extremely rapidly: the process of design and construction was completed in three months, however at the same time, the idea was to achieve a highly flexible use for the building. The results of the analysis manifest how the technical characteristics of the project are an answer to the established objectives. Also, how they have the capacity to simultaneously provide an answer to several objectives and to become strategies of critical integration for projects with similar agendas.
