CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS OF A HEALTHFUL HOUSE
The article deals with the design and implementation of low-rise housing construction systems. These systems establish conditions for a healthy, long life of inhabitants. Construction systems of urban multi-storey reinforced concrete frame, monolithic, precast-monolithic, panel housing, as well as brick, block, metal construction do not support the longevity of the population due to the distortion of the natural parameters of the environment (air exchange, background radiation, electromagnetic fields, harmful emissions and releases, etc.). It is proposed to develop a new industrial technological approach in construction including a wide use of monolithic gypsum concrete construction systems. There is a necessity to reconsider the overall implementation and development of urban space in Russia.
