DESIGN OF SYNCHRONOUS TELESCOPIC CLAMPING MECHANISM OF FAST DISPATCHING HEXAGONAL CLAMP
Currently,the production process of firecrackers is very complex and firecrackers need to be processed in the multi-station. Each station is fragmented and is far away. Firecrackers production needs long-distance transport for many times by human and it is difficult to realize the multi-station automatic integrated production. Consequently,the production efficiency is low. In this paper,a synchronous telescopic clamping mechanism is designed and it can automatically clip the fast dispatching hexagonal clamp based on the utility. Kinematics analysis of synchronous telescopic clamping mechanism is carried out by using ADAMS simulation software. It demonstrates that the new synchronous telescopic clamping mechanism can automatically clip the fast dispatching hexagonal clamp and the fixture can automatically clamp on hexagonal firecrackers cake. It provides a feasible method and has important practical significance for multi station automatic integrated production of fireworks.
