El presente artículo tiene por objetivo plantear tres hipótesis en torno a las características del riesgo y la vulnerabilidad existente en el Piedemonte Puentealtino, acción que constituiría un marco general inicial para entrar a una discusión de zonificación y densificación de esta área al interior de la comuna, además de ser una base del proceso de Reformulación del Plan Regulador que su Municipio está llevando a cabo./ This article aims to propose three hypotheses about the characteristics of risk and vulnerability in the foothills of Puente Alto. Noted an initial framework for a discussion of zoning and densification of the area, as well as provide the basis for the reformulation of the Communal Regulating Plan.
