ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN BIAYA, WAKTU, MATERIAL, DAN TATA LAKSANA PEKERJAAN DINDING MENGGUNAKAN BATA RINGAN, SANDWICH PANEL DAN BETON PRECAST PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH SAKIT “STC” DI KOTA JAKARTA
Hospital deveploment project “STC” in Jakarta City got delays on the structure work. As the contractor, they shouldconsiderthe next step for accelerate the project’s completion time. Replacing materials used in wall work is one of the alternative that can be done by the contractor. There are three alternative material: light brick, sandwich panel, and precast concrete. The choice of three options determined by consider the analysis of cost, time, material, and work procedure required for each material application. The analysis begins by studying literature of work procedure of each material and knowing the situation in the field. The wall area requirement is 10560.76 m2. The budget plan of light brick wall, sandwich panel wall, and precast wallhave a ratio for1: 1.54: 1.07. The time duration of making light brick wall, sandwich panel wall, and precast wall have a ratio for 3.59 : 1.84 : 1. On procedure aspect, precast wall is the most effective procedure to applied on this project. After compairing all the variables, the most suitable material for substitute material is precast wall.
