The definition of a participatory governance plan of the area, causes the involvement of many actors in the decision-making process, and a significant change in the relationship between state institutions, local authorities and citizens. In this context, extremely dynamic, that requires simple and effective interactions the use of GIS allows a complete representation of the area with a natural integration if communication and presentation of information. The use of ICT technologies, and GIS, to be operationally e ective and with significant results, however, requires a modeling and application architecture that from the spatial data, will be able to combine functional flexibility and completeness of information, and fort this reason, to achieve the objectives requires a constant and continuous collaboration between the di erent actors.
