Application and control mechanism of double-span trusscable in coal roadway with large span
As the bottom span of single-span truss anchor cable is too large in large span roadway,effective composite high pre-stress in the central area of roadway cannot be provided.Thus,to solve the support problem,two groups of high pre-stress truss cable are arranged symmetrically to form the double-span truss cable control system.The support features and control mechanism of the roof arch beam structure are illustrated.The mechanical model of double-span truss cable supported fractured roof arch beam structure and rock rotary deformation instability is established.Besides,the system equilibrium,the critical condition of rock beam failure and the critical condition of rock rotary deformation instability are obtained.Based on the present support situation of composite mudstone roof in the large span coal roadway of Bailong coal mine and combined with geological production conditions,the collaborative control program for large span composite mudstone roof roadway double-span truss cable system and the enhanced bolt support system is determined with comprehensive method and applied into practice.The practice proves that the controlling effect is good and the support system is undamaged.Surrounding rock of composite mudstone roof with large span roadway was controlled effectively.
