MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF A MULTI-APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF NABEREZHNYE CHELNY
The article explores the morphology of the residential environment in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny (Republic of Tatarstan). It is proposed to use the concept of multi-apartment residential development morphotype as a homogeneous typological unit that enables classifying residential developments. In the first block of the study, we performed a comparative analysis of theoretical works, defined the concept of "multi-apartment residential development morphotype", and developed a methodology for analyzing the housing stock. The second part of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the residential environment of Naberezhnye Chelny for the purpose of identifying the existing morphotypes of multi-apartment residential development.
