Strategies and technology solutions for the optimal management of building – HVAC system
Despite increasing attention is paid to the development of strategies and innovative technology solutions for the energy efficiency of building components and systems, especially in the residential sector not much has been deepened on the optimal management of the building-HVAC system. In relation to the specific Mediterranean climatic context of the city of Bari, and in reference to a single-family-residential buildings type, different solutions for the energy efficiency and its optimal management have been evaluated through dynamic energy and economic analyzes.
