Pencegahan Gerusan Tebing Pada Jembatan Di Sungai Luk Ulo, Kebumen Jawa Tengah
This research was conducted to elaborate the possibility of damages and alternative problem anticipation to protect the new bridge design at Luk Ulo River. Mike 11 and Mike 21C were used to understand the possible damages caused by hydraulic behavior of Luk Ulo River starting from National Bridge (Kebumen-Gombong road) to river mouth by taking into consideration of some information i.e. new bridge design, topographical data, sediment transport data, dredging recorded data, and discharge of the Luk Ulo River. The result indicates that the local scouring at the right side of river bank will endanger the toe of the brigde abutment. The problem should be solved with providing groyne (krib) that located on the right side of river, upstream of the bridge.
