Study on comprehensive evaluation of surrounding rock stability grade and repair control technology of gob-side entry retaining
In order to solve the multiplexing problem of gob-side entry retaining, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the matter-element evaluation were applied to establish a multi-hierarchy and multi-index comprehensive evaluation model of surrounding rock stability of gob-side entry retaining.Through evaluating surrounding rock stability after mining, the weight value of the single factor evaluation index and classification standard of index grade were obtained. Then stability level of surrounding rock was identified, and the corresponding repair reuse control technology was proposed.Results show as follows:①15 evaluation indexes are selected from surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining, hierarchical structure evaluation system is established to determine indexes weight and the main control factors are determined,and value taking method and value range of some indexes are described in detail.②A comprehensive evaluation model of gob-side entry retaining is established based on analytic hierarchy process and matter element analysis,and resuts show that the roof is level Ⅴ,the backfill is level Ⅱ,the coal side is level Ⅴ,the floor is level Ⅳ,and the stability grade of whole surrounding rock is level Ⅳ.It is in unstable state.③The repair technology is proposed mainly based on the restoration of roof and coal side, supplemented by the restoration of backfill and floor.Stability grade of surrounding rock is level Ⅱ after repairing, its whole structure is stable and can meet reuse requirements.
