Activities PUC Water works: Kraljevo on reducing non revenue water
PUC 'Water' Kraljevo by forming the Department for measurement and leak detection in mid-2009 continues more actively to work on reducing of The Non-Revenue Water (NRW). In the past few years that there is the Department, the methodology of fieldwork, the methodology for data processing and analysis, as well as the procedure for giving work orders to remedy the problems in this area are established. As a product of that work and work on the mathematical model, the realization of activities in the planning of based zones balancing and reduction of pressure in the high pressure zones has started. The implementation of these activities began in late 2014. The subject of this paper, in addition to practical experiences and work methodology of the Department for measurement and leak detection, are the formation of DMA zones as a basis for the future permanent monitoring of the water supply system.
