Contribution to applied hydraulics of wells
In lignite open-cast mining, control of water table is of basic importance; for this purpose it is essential to determine capacity of wells and hydraulics of movements of water table and wells under changing volume of production of lignites; building up of new water table level, capacity of wells, skin effect, unconfined groundwater flow and saturation capacity according to Sichardt have been investigated; graphs are included.
