Purpose of investigation was to evaluate portland cement concrete with respect to early strength and durability when fly ash was added to concrete mixtures as partial cement replacement; investigation also includes determination of optimum amount of fly ash required to produce mix which would be satisfactory in strength, durability, and economy.
