177 m high reinforced concrete tower is topped by 12 m high steel framework structure; tower consists of cylindrical shaft 75 m high, 15.80 m diam, divided into 16 glass-enclosed stories housing technical equipment; next 70 m tower section is occupied by six platforms supporting directional antennas; 32 m high eight-level top section houses three observation decks, 19.5 m diam restaurant with rotating gallery, bar, etc; construction of prestressed concrete foundation, concreting of tower shell and cantilever floors is described.
