7290-ft floodwall on Ohio River at Portsmouth, Ohio, consists of concrete keywall, slab footing and stem wall; stem wall forms were constructed at site, of vertical 2-in. wood sheeting, faced with 1/8-in. steel plate; electric motors used on winches to move forms speedily and uniformly.
