Wabash bridge of Pittsburgh and West Virginia, 1504-ft double track cantilever structure spanning Monongahela river at Pittsburgh, Pa, was dismantled after fire in 1946 which destroyed freight terminal that it served; procedure followed in dismantling bridge.
