Completion of housing project at cost of less than $8 per sq ft through use of precast concrete for framing and floor and roof decking; concrete of columns and spandrel beams was designed for 28 day strength of 5000 psi with trap rock as aggregate; slabs were made with expanded slag aggregate which yielded concrete weighing 100 lb per cu ft and having 28 day strength of 3500 psi.
