Mechanical properties of fresh concrete for prefabrication
Tests were carried out at Experimental Center to determine speed of penetration of concrete into mold as effect of vibration, strengths of fresh concrete, appearance of concrete facings, compressive strength, and shrinkage of hardened concrete; choice of reference grading curve of concrete, water batching, nature and form of granular material, addition of very fine sand, and nature and characteristics of vibration were also studied.
