Prefabricated buildings comprise series of portals set on concrete slab; columns are continuous through three stories, but beams are not continuous; portals are set at uniform centers, being alternately of four- and two-column type; central longitudinal tie serves also as load-bearing member; to facilitate and accelerate erection, connections between columns and transverse beams are bolted; floors and roof are constructed of galvanized steel sheeting; external walls are covered with anodized aluminum panels; partitions are soundproofed plaster panels.
