New premises for R.S.L. club, Granville, N.S.W
Architectural design of building is based on 3 intersecting circles, outer circles being roofed by reinforced concrete folded plate, to form 2 separate dome-like roofs over main portion of building; reinforced concrete was used throughout for whole of roof structure, floor structure, columns, and load bearing walls; model test of unusual type shell roof structure was carried out to obtain stresses by mathematical analysis.
