To enclose 22-story building with 1-ft-thick blastproof, radiation proof concrete walls, specially designed form sections were used that moved from floor to floor in checkerboard pattern; outside wall forms consist of ganged pre-fab panels held in place by system of bolts and ties; forms assembled in sections on job; assembly of sections; erection of forms.
