Equipment developed by BIC Construction Co built by Wharton Engineers (Elstree), in operation on main line project near Crewe; it is capable of installing 1 mi of masts for overhead conductor supports along one side of track in daily period of 6 hr, and consists of auger borer train, for making foundation holes, mast placing train, and concrete mixing and placing train.
