Management game was developed which will permit participants to schedule and load work under constraint of fixed work load capacity; decisions must be made in probabilistic environment, both in regard to likelihood of securing job, and likelihood that subsequent work opportunities may permit greater or lesser earning opportunities; exercise requires tradeoff between security of commitment to relatively full work load against potential for more profitable work opportunities.
