Rotary viscometer with driving and measuring parts was constructed for laboratory use; tests carried out showed that method and device are suitable for investigation of cement pastes, mortars and fine-grained concretes up to grain size of 7 mm; in laboratory tests, dispersion variance of results has not surpassed 15%; design and development of hand-operated viscometer for field use.
