Tests were conducted to determine effect of mortar materials, specimen storage, mortar mixes, variations in block composition, differences in block curing, and type of masonry assemblage; in one test series tensile bond of epoxy adhesives used in place of mortar was investigated; effects of various factors on tensile and shear bond of masonry mortars.
