Dam at Genesee River Gorge in New York is concrete gravity structure of 900,000 cu yd, 250 ft high with crest length of 1005 ft; straight-line aggregate plant and double cableway system are features of construction operations layout; each of two cableways is powered by 500-hp Lidgerwood hoist; concrete is handled from mixers to forms by 8-yd 2-compartment buckets.
