Long-term field tests of cements and concretes in alternate conditions
Results of 9 yr field tests of concrete in alternate conditions of absorption of seawater and drying or freezing in open air; specimens included portland cements of various mineralogical composition, some of them containing pozzolanic or plasticizing addition; mixtures were made with different water-cement ratio; behavior of concrete was rated by change of compressive strength dynamic modulus of elasticity.
