Retempering of concrete
Investigations undertaken to study effect of retempering on properties of concrete indicate similar trends for workability and loss in compressive strength amounting to 10-12% for every 2-hr delay; 2 series of tests carried out, first involving retempering at 2-hourly intervals and other for after straight delay of 2, 4, 6 or 8 hr.
