Old bridge was replaced, on Olten to Biel railroad; three independent spans of 32 m. each, on curve of 305 m. radius; old spans were of semiparabolic Pratt-type beams of iron; new bridge of plate girders, 3 m. high on outer and 2.75 m. on inner side of curve; erection and launching; cost of erection and placing was 1.20 Swiss francs per kilogram.
