Building is in form of 108 m high elongated hexadron with 42.20 m longitudinal axis and 23.0 m transverse axis; reinforced concrete central core consists of four rigid structures of double U shape jointed by webs and girders, and houses elevators, staircases, as well as sanitary and technical systems; outer construction consists of tubular steel columns stiffened by peripheral beams; tower with three-level garage basement was concreted in 35 days with help of sliding formwork.
