Microchemical determination of cobalt in thin magnetic films
Precision and reproducibility of methods for determining cobalt in thin magnetic films, which involve use of nitroso-R-salts; measurements were carried out with FEK-M instrument; amount of material in film investigated was about 100 μg; to reduce minimum determinable quantity by factor of 10, cylindrical cells of 6 mm ID and of 100 mm length were constructed; results obtained with new cell are compared with those obtained with original rectangular cells; quantities of cobalt were calculated by equations of calibration curves.
