Computerized game used to simulate competition among several subcontractors bidding and planning for foundation of building construction project subjected to imposed constraints of environment; process includes three different types of decisions -- contract bargaining, preliminary engineering investigations, and planning and scheduling; game is played according to computerized procedure composed of collection of subroutines; performance of players is evaluated on basis of scoring system reflecting consequences of decisions made by players.
