At site of World Trade Center in lower Manhattan, 152 seven-story high reinforcing cages, made of high-strength steel, will reinforce section of 3300 ft cutoff wall being built by slurry method; solid parts hanging diagonally from cage are insert ports through which Icanda Ltd of Montreal will slide anchor rods to tie wall to rock, making internal bracing unnecessary.
