Limit-design solutions for concrete structures
Basic assumptions and criteria for design of concrete structures in relation to both their collapse and service conditions are examined; design plastic moments of critical sections can be expressed as some fraction of corresponding maximum elastic moments, regardless of adopted basic assumptions; alternative solutions in relation to serviceability can be obtained, each corresponding to particular set of accepted limit and serviceability criteria.
