Temperature effects in reinforced concrete frames
Method for analysis of reinforced concrete construction frames considering uniform temperature change in beams comprising frame; different states of temperature affecting frames are discussed; theoretical aspect of evaluation of initial end-moments in case of steady-state temperatureof beam or beams of frame is indicated; solved example shows method of finding out stiffness and carryover factors, and initial end-moments for members with two unequal sections; method is applicable for other loadings on frame.
