Investigation of viscosity characteristics of model bitumen; three-component system (oils, resins, asphaltenes) of Romaschkino bitumen was examined; model bitumens of different compositions were prepared from isolated asphaltenes, resins, and oils; their penetration, softening point, ductility, Frass breaking point, absolute viscosity data, and Ewers-Walter splitting point were determined and are discussed; bitumens are used as binders.
