Method for calculation of twisted reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete box girders with deformable cross-section neglecting effect of warping which is of local nature in hollow sections; from results of presented calculations it can be stated that short and large box girders without diaphragms have low torsional rigidity; in girders 10 times longer than their width, effect of distortion can be neglected.
