Axisymmetric bending of concrete shells
Structural analysis of shells having shape of arbitrary surface of revolution and subjected to axisymmetric bending includes calculation of bending moment and radial load at edge by means of influence coefficients and of variation of internal forces and bending moments along meridians; influence coefficients can be calculated on basis of corresponding values for conical shells; diagrams for concrete shells corresponding to those published for steel shells are presented.
