Seepage from parallel trapezoidal channels
Exact solution is presented for seepage flow from system of channels through layer of homogeneous, isotropic soil; by constructing complex potential and complex velocity planes, solution is obtained through conformal mapping; numerical example is presented for which free surface and velocity distribution on channel's profile were drawn; quantity of seepage from bottom and sides were also computed.
