Jan 2 n 1 p 89-91: Volatile halide of chromium produced reacts with iron so that amount of iron corresponding to amount of chromium absorped by cementation disappears. Mar 20 n 12 p 1181-1183: Deposition of chromium and other elements by gaseous cementation; chromium cementation of steel in purely gaseous phase, and mixed cementation in which another element, silicon, aluminum or zirconium, is added to chromium.
