Electrical curing of cement and concrete; four methods and their combinations are presently available for accelerated electrical curing; applications of techniques using electric conductance of cement (or concrete) paste or reinforcement, as well as those using expendable electric heating coils immersed in cement (or concrete) or exterior heating coils are described and illustrated; fifth method, based on dielectric heating, is still in development stage; advantages of accelerated curing and its economical aspects are discussed.
