Flexural strength of reinforced concrete members at very low temperatures; study of physical and mechanical properties of concrete as well as strength and crack resistance of non-prestressed and prestressed concrete beams both in frozen state and after thawing; based on test results, it is suggested that strength reduction factor of 0.85 should be applied in concrete structure design for low temperature regions.
